At Lexroom.ai, we don’t just promise career growth; we promise a journey of learning, impact, and purpose. Ready to change the world of law?
To fuel our growth, we’re launching an elite Graduate Program – Sales designed for the top 3% of young talent.
This is not a classic entry-level role. It’s a fast-track program with structured rotations and a clear goal: turn you into a high-performing Account Executive in 18 months, supported by a world-class Sales Academy.
You’ll go through 3 consecutive roles, each with clear goals, coaching and KPIs:
6 months – BDR SMB (Business Development Representative - Small Medium Business)
Learn how to generate pipeline from scratch.
Master prospecting, outbound sequences, first touch and meeting setting - target Small Medium Business
6 months – BDR Mid Market (Business Development Representative - Mid Market)
Graduate to larger deal sizes and multi-stakeholder prospecting to build high-value Mid-Market pipeline.
Master strategic account mapping, personalized outbound sequences, and multi-stakeholder meeting setting targeting Mid-Market accounts.
The Pivot Point
After your first 9/12 months, based on your performance, strengths, and the skills you’ve mastered, you will transition into the next phase:
6 months – Account Executive Full-Cycle
Master the end-to-end sales cycle, closing both inbound leads and self-generated opportunities.
Run discovery calls, deliver demos, handle objections, and close deals.
Manage qualified inbound leads from BDRs. If inbound volume drops, proactively launch your own outbound campaigns to self-book demos and keep your calendar full.
Collaborate with Senior AEs and Sales Directors to refine closing strategies.
The Lexroom Pipeline Rule: BDRs qualify inbound leads to fill AE calendars, pivoting to outbound whenever inbound volume is low. Similarly, AEs don't just wait for BDR demos, if their calendar has gaps, they drive self-sourced outbound to book their own meetings. Pipeline and calendar ownership belong to everyone.
Throughout the program, you will be trained and coached within the Lexroom Sales Academy, with structured modules on:
sales methodology (discovery, demo, negotiation, objection handling);
pipeline and territory management;
use of AI in sales;
personal performance, mindset and communication.
Those who perform in the top tier will be fast-tracked to mid-market, enterprise or managerial roles.
Recent graduate (or up to 1 year experience) with a strong interest in B2B sales and tech / AI.
You’ve consistently been in the top performers of whatever you did (university, sports, projects, work).
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, in Italian and English.
High drive and resilience: you like ambitious targets and don’t get scared by rejection.
You learn fast, ask tough questions, and actively look for feedback to get better.
You want responsibility early, not a “nice” graduate badge with no real impact.
An Elite Team of Rockstars.
At Lexroom.ai, you’ll collaborate with some of the brightest minds in tech and legal AI. Our small, entrepreneurial teams are driven by impact and autonomy, allowing you to contribute directly to revolutionising the legal industry.
