To fuel our growth, we’re launching an elite Graduate Program – Sales designed for the top 3% of young talent.
This is not a classic entry-level role. It’s a fast-track program with structured rotations and a clear goal: turn you into a high-performing Account Executive in 18 months, supported by a world-class Sales Academy.
You’ll go through 4 consecutive roles, each with clear goals, coaching and KPIs:
6 months – BDR (Business Development Representative)
Qualify leads.
Learn discovery basics, opportunity qualification and handoff to AE.
6 months – BDR Mid-Market (Business Development Representative)
Learn how to generate pipeline from scratch .
Master prospecting, outbound sequences, first touch and meeting setting.
The Pivot Point
After your first 9 months, based on your performance, strengths, and the skills you’ve mastered, you will transition into one of the following two tracks for the next phase:
6 months – AE (Account Executive)
Own deals on our legal segment.
Run discovery calls, demos, handle objections and close your first customers.
Collaborate closely with senior AEs, Sales Coach and Sales Director on live deals and strategy.
Throughout the program, you will be trained and coached within the Lexroom Sales Academy, with structured modules on:
sales methodology (discovery, demo, negotiation, objection handling);
pipeline and territory management;
use of AI in sales;
personal performance, mindset and communication.
Those who perform in the top tier will be fast-tracked to mid-market, enterprise or managerial roles.
Recent graduate (or up to 1 year experience) with a strong interest in B2B sales and tech / AI.
You’ve consistently been in the top performers of whatever you did (university, sports, projects, work).
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, in Spanish (native or C1+) and English.
High drive and resilience: you like ambitious targets and don’t get scared by rejection.
You learn fast, ask tough questions, and actively look for feedback to get better.
You want responsibility early, not a “nice” graduate badge with no real impact.
An Elite Team of Rockstars.
At Lexroom, you’ll collaborate with some of the brightest minds in tech and legal AI. Our small, entrepreneurial teams are driven by impact and autonomy, allowing you to contribute directly to revolutionising the legal industry. You’ll work side by side with pioneers who are as passionate about innovation as they are about personal and professional growth.
Unmatched Growth Opportunities.
We believe in hiring exceptional talent and empowering them to lead. As one of the first hires at Lexroom, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of legal technology. Your contributions won’t just be noticed—they’ll be transformative. Here, age and title don’t define your impact; your vision, execution, and passion do. If you have the ambition and drive, you’ll rapidly advance and take on leadership roles in game-changing projects.
Competitive Pay and Equity.
We recognize talent and reward it. Expect competitive compensation with rapid growth tied to your impact. Here’s what you can expect:
Annual Salary Range: €40.000 - 60.000 OTE (uncapped and accelerated)
Relevant stock option package: Your hard work will directly contribute to—and benefit from—our success.
Hybrid Work Model: Split your time between working from home and collaborating in our Madrid or Barcelona office, balancing flexibility and team connection.
