This is a largely site based role. You'll spend much of your time on construction sites, treatment works and infrastructure projects across the East of England, working alongside experienced engineers to deliver some of the region's most important water projects.
As a Site Engineer you'll see projects being built from day one. You'll work directly with designers and project teams, helping solve engineering problems in real time and gaining practical experience that many graduates don't see until much later in their careers.
You’ll be supported throughout your development, with opportunities to build your technical knowledge, gain professional experience and work towards your longer-term career goals.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for graduates who are curious, collaborative and keen to build a career in Site Engineering and who enjoy working with people, solving problems and learning new things.
You’ll need:
We welcome applications from candidates outside the region who are willing and able to relocate or travel to Peterborough and the East Anglia Region.
Why this work matters
The water industry is facing significant challenges, from a changing climate and increasing demand to the need to protect the natural environment.

It’s an opportunity to develop a career in Site Engineering while contributing to work that has a lasting impact on communities, customers and the environment.
