We're the world's leading consumer healthcare platform, supporting millions of patients across the US, Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan, Spain and Canada.
We're driven by the belief that good health should last a lifetime, and that to get there we need to deliver the personalised, high quality and empathetic care that the traditional system cannot support.
You'll partner with our care teams of prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists and dietitians to support patients across preventative health, weight management and specific women's and men's health conditions.
We joined Hims & Hers so that you can do all of the above on a bigger scale, with more ambition, a stronger global brand and the resources to deliver care to patients in dozens of countries.
We're looking for people who appreciate and are excited by the enormity and uniqueness of this challenge, and want to work in the most ambitious, smart, fast moving and positive sum environment of their lives to transform how healthcare is delivered globally.
We hope that's you.
About the role (What you'll be doing)
Hims & Hers have improved the health of millions of patients world-wide, constantly pushing into new innovative territory to advance women’s and men’s healthcare. We’re building one core platform that serves the international markets, supporting both brands, multiple conditions, treatments, products and services over time.
As a Group Product Manager, you’ll lead one of our core consumer product areas, shaping how patients engage with their health journey across all markets including Australia, UK, Canada, Germany, Japan and future expansions.
We’re building across a range of high-impact problem spaces: medication management and treatment adherence, behaviour change and habit formation, progress tracking and health insights, community and peer support, clinical engagement and coaching, and multi-condition health journeys. You'll own one or a combination of these areas end-to-end, defining the vision and leading execution for experiences that drive meaningful patient outcomes.
This is a role for someone who loves building consumer products that people use every day. You'll combine deep user empathy with strong product craft to create experiences that feel intuitive, supportive and genuinely helpful for patients navigating their health.
You'll work hand-in-hand with our Chief Commercial Officer, clinical leadership, design, data science and engineering to shape and deliver ambitious bets that materially impact engagement and retention. More importantly, the rewards for getting this right are meaningful. You'll see the results of your work reflected in the lives of the patients we change.
Key responsibilities
- Set the Vision & Multi-Year Strategy: Working with the Chief Commercial Officer, own the strategy and vision for the domain that you own. Set the direction and define the bets we make, and what we choose not to do.
- Execute Quickly, Deliver Globally: Take products from idea to measurable patient impact and ship them to patients across every market Hims and Hers operates in. You'll own delivery end-to-end and stay close to the craft.
- Drive Patient Outcomes: Connect product decisions to real health outcomes, using data and user insight to understand what's working and what needs to change.
- Lead & Grow the Team: This role includes managing people — you'll manage, coach and grow product managers on the Insights team, raise the bar on hiring, set the standard for craft, and act as a force multiplier on every team member around you, not just your own pod.
- Own Company-Level Outcomes: Be accountable for engagement, retention and patient-outcome metrics that show up at the company-OKR and P&L level. Make the prioritisation and trade-off calls, collaborating with cross-functional and global stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
- Raise The Bar On Product Craft & Decision Making: Set a high standard for how to make high-quality calls that balance impact while ensuring every interaction feels intuitive, trustworthy and distinctly Hims & Hers.
- Develop Insight the Org Doesn't Have Yet: Spot non-obvious shifts in patient behaviour, market structure or regulation, and reframe how we think about the problem space. Your reads on the market should become inputs to company strategy, not just product roadmaps.
About you
You bring 8+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of shipping products that moved real user and commercial outcomes.
You’re a high-agency leader who spikes on the following qualities:
- First-principles problem solver — You break the most ambiguous, undefined problems down, build a clear and focused strategy, and take ideas from zero to impact while applying sharp judgement on trade-offs along the way.
- Commercial & analytical rigour — You're laser-focused on outcomes you can measure. You interpret both quantitative and qualitative signal, you connect product to P&L, and you won't mistake motion for progress.
- Product sense & taste — You have a real instinct and empathy for what makes a person feel something. You can tell the difference between a feature that "works" and one that lands, and you set the bar for what feels delightful, trustworthy and easy to use.
- Ownership and comfort with ambiguity — You're energised by ambiguous, high-impact, first-of-their-kind problems, and you've got a track record of setting direction and leading through uncertainty.
- Influence without authority — You build credibility and follower-ship across teams, stakeholders and leadership — earned through the consistency and quality of your judgement, your storytelling, and long-term relationships.
- Leadership — You make the people and teams around you better. You set craft standards and create an environment where people have each other's backs and raise their game
