The ideal **Growth Engineer** should drive sales traction across Olympian EVs, drive go-to-market efforts, manage customers and partner relationships and take new initiatives.

• Able to work in a demanding, high-stakes, high-visibility, fast-pace startup environment.\
• Able to work fast. Sense of urgency.\
• Able to adopt and use AI tools proficiently\
• Action-oriented. \
• Self-starter and entrepreneurial.\
• Engineering background is a plus.\
• Content / social skills are a plus
