We’re looking for a **Growth Engineer Intern** to help us bring Flick to filmmakers, creators, and the next generation of storytellers.
### What you’ll do
* Build and improve Flick’s **core organic growth systems**
* Own experiments across **SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and programmatic content**
* Identify growth opportunities through **data, user behavior, and rapid experimentation**
* Work across product and engineering to turn successful experiments into **repeatable growth loops**
* Explore new ways for Flick to grow within filmmaker, AI creator, and global communities

### Who you are
* You have **solid engineering fundamentals** and can build and ship independently
* You’re highly detail-oriented and care about the quality and accuracy of your work
* You learn quickly and can get up to speed on unfamiliar systems and problems
* You have a practical understanding of **SEO, GEO, and organic growth**, ideally with hands-on experience
* You’re analytical and resourceful. You can identify opportunities, run experiments, and learn from results
