Emergent builds autonomous coding agents that replace traditional software development by generating, testing, and deploying production applications directly from plain-language intent. Our systems run in production at global scale and are used to build millions of real applications.
Since our public launch, we’ve crossed **$130M in Annualised Revenue** and grown to **over 10M users across 190+ countries** , who have built **12M+ applications** on Emergent. We’re backed by **Creaegis, Khosla Ventures, SoftBank, Lightspeed, Together, Y Combinator, Google, Claypond and Sentinel Global.**
We’re solving the hard part of AI-driven software creation: correctness, reliability, security, and scale in real production systems. The team is built by **repeat founders, Olympiad medalists, IIT & IIM alumni,** and leaders from **Google, Amazon, and Dropbox.**
We’re hiring builders who want ownership, speed, and impact at global scale.
**The Role:**
We’re hiring a Growth Manager to drive engagement, retention, and monetization across the user lifecycle. You’ll own one of our core growth problem statements, working across content, product, and analytics to design, test, and scale initiatives that deepen user engagement and improve lifetime value.
**What You’ll Do:**
- Customer Lifecycle Growth and Retention: drive engagement, retention, and monetization across the user lifecycle with a deep focus on building scalable retention loops and improving lifetime value
- Content-Led Growth and Expansion: drive the content charter for retention, scaling high-performing content to reach new audience segments while supporting launches in new markets
- Data-Driven Experimentation: move beyond traditional acquisition experiments to test, iterate, and scale initiatives that deepen user engagement, taking inspiration from gaming industry retention models
- Cross-Functional Leadership: partner with content, product, and analytics teams to design and execute experiments that drive sustainable growth, leveraging insights to inform scalable strategies across diverse genres
- Scaling: leverage AI-native workflows to automate and personalize lifecycle interventions, enhancing retention and monetization at scale
**What We’re Looking For:**
- 4 to 8 years of work experience in growth or related roles
- Astute problem-solving skills and the ability to break (seemingly) large problems into smaller, practical, solvable pieces with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Someone who excels at developing and implementing a plan from concept to completion, generating measurable outcomes across retention, engagement, and monetization
- Track record of productive teamwork: starts with “why” rather than “what,” enjoys getting hands dirty, and possesses a drive for continuous learning
- A deep understanding of user needs, preferably gained in consumer-first companies
- Comfort working with AI automation tools and exposure to LLM-based workflows to drive scalable growth initiatives
- Action bias: solves problems, executes, and iterates as needed
**Benefits and Perks:**
1. Daily Meals: Lunch and Dinner provided
2. Family Insurance: 5 Lakhs worth of coverage for you and your family
3. Unlimited Paid Time Off: Take the time you need to recharge and come back refreshed
4. Flexible Working Hours: Work arrangements that fit your life and commitments
Let’s build the future of software together.
