You'll turn buying signals into pipeline, replace manual work with automation, and build repeatable systems that drive revenue.
Strella is reimagining market research with AI. Our platform conducts in-depth, AI-moderated interviews and transforms customer conversations into actionable insights in a fraction of the time of traditional research.
We’re building a new model for market research that combines the speed and scale of AI with the strategic expertise of world-class researchers. Our mission is to make high-quality customer understanding faster, more accessible, and more impactful for every business.
Explosive Growth: We’ve more than quadrupled our annual recurring revenue over the past year, demonstrating strong demand for a fundamentally better way to conduct research.
Enterprise Traction: Trusted by leading brands including J.Crew, Chobani, and DraftKings to uncover customer insights and inform critical business decisions.
Strong Investor Backing: Raised capital from Bessemer Venture Partners to accelerate our mission of transforming the market research industry.
Massive Market Opportunity: We’re bringing AI-native technology to a $100B+ global insights industry, replacing slow, expensive research processes with a faster, more scalable approach.
Building the Future of Research: We’re expanding beyond software into a new model of full-service insights, combining AI-powered research with expert-led strategy. You’ll be among the earliest hires helping shape this offering.
Identify buying signals: Connect website, intent, event, and market data to identify high-fit accounts ready to engage.
Automate prospecting: Build workflows for account enrichment, contact sourcing, scoring, and personalized outreach.
Scale what works: Turn successful campaigns and prospecting experiments into repeatable growth engines.
Build AI workflows: Automate account research, personalized outreach, meeting prep, follow-up, and other GTM activities.
Experiment with AI: Use LLMs, agents, and APIs to replace manual work with scalable automation.
Drive customer growth: Surface expansion opportunities and customer health signals so CS can act proactively.
Identify opportunities: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS to find high-impact opportunities for automation and growth.
Run experiments: Test new GTM plays to improve pipeline generation, conversion, and efficiency.
Measure impact: Track what's working and continuously improve workflows based on results.
Build the infrastructure: Own the integrations, data flows, and automation infrastructure connecting our GTM tools.
Keep systems reliable: Ensure the data and automations powering our GTM workflows are accurate and scalable.
Evolve our stack: Work with tools like HubSpot, Clay, and Lemlist, and evaluate new ones that create meaningful leverage.
A builder: You love getting hands-on, experimenting with new tools, and turning ideas into working solutions.
AI-native: You already use LLMs to automate your own work and are excited about what they can do for GTM.
A systems thinker: You turn messy, manual processes into clean, scalable workflows.
Fast-moving: You thrive in a startup where the motion is evolving in real time and are excited about building the plane as you fly it.
Commercially minded: You understand how pipeline gets built and deals get won, and care about measurable results.
A strong collaborator: You explain technical tradeoffs clearly to non-technical teammates and bring them along.
