At Vibe.co, we're reimagining how brands reach audiences in the age of streaming. We believe streaming TV is no longer just a brand awareness play, it's the next great performance marketing channel. We're building the infrastructure to unlock this $100B opportunity.
Vibe.co provides an Audience First Streaming TV Advertising solution for marketers to unlock TV as a growth channel. Our all-in-one solution combines hyper-targeted audience segmentation, AI-powered insights and recommendations, real-time campaign optimization, and incrementality measurement, giving brands of all sizes the precision and transparency they've come to expect from social and search, but on TV.
Trusted by over 10,000 brands, Vibe.co reaches more than 120 million households across 500+ apps and channels, delivering an average 250% return on ad spend and 20% sales lift. The company hit a $100 million revenue run rate in under two years, ranking among the ten fastest software companies to reach that milestone.
Vibe.co's investors include Hedosophia (an early backer of Spotify, Uber, and Airbnb), Elaia, Singular, QuantumLight (Revolut CEO Nik Storonsky's fund), and Illusian (Supercell CEO Ilkka Paananen's fund), as well as angel investors including Carolyn Everson, board member of The Walt Disney Company and Coca-Cola. Nirav Tolia, CEO of Nextdoor, sits on the company's board of directors.
Founded in 2022, Vibe.co is widely recognized as the category-defining platform in streaming TV advertising, bringing the power of Meta and Google-style performance marketing to the fastest-growing segment in media.
You'll join Vibe's Growth team and own the internal platform that powers our GTM operations — reporting to the Director of GTM Systems. This role exists because we're scaling a model where cross-functional contributors across the business all push code into the same platform, and we need a second technical owner to share the review load, protect quality, and keep velocity high. About half your time is maintenance and management: reviewing PRs, making sure contributions are safe, secure, and production-ready. The other half is yours — identifying business problems worth solving and building features end-to-end, from scoping to shipping to adoption. If you want real ownership, a direct line from idea to production, and work that touches every part of how the company operates, this is it.
Code Review & Quality
Review PRs from cross-functional contributors — validate logic, security, and production-readiness
Maintain and improve the GTM platform codebase as the team and contributor count grow
Enable non-engineer contributors to ship safely — support their work without gatekeeping it
Feature Development
Identify business problems worth solving and build features end-to-end
Integrate external APIs and enrichment providers directly into the application
Own tooling enablement — build it, test it, and make sure others can use it as intended
Infrastructure & Operations
Manage deployments, servers, and infrastructure for the GTM platform
Maintain code quality standards, documentation, and contributor patterns across the stack
3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including front-end
Fluency across a modern web stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, AWS, Prisma, and API integrations
Experience contributing to and reviewing code in a multi-person codebase — you understand PR reviews, merge conflicts, and sequencing changes across contributors
A track record of owning features end-to-end: picking the problem, building the solution, and driving adoption without a spec handed to you
DevOps comfort — servers, deploys, and infra are part of your day, not a hand-off
Daily use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) as a genuine force multiplier — not a shortcut, a craft
Side projects or independent builds you can speak to in detail — what, why, and how
Design sensibility — you can flag when a front-end implementation isn't usable, even if you don't call yourself a designer
At Vibe, we run on three values: Impact, Ambition, and Urgency. We tie every goal to a real business outcome, think 10x rather than settling for good enough, and move daily rather than waiting for perfect conditions.
You'll thrive here if you own outcomes without needing direction, default to action, and hold yourself to results, not effort.
This is a high-performance environment with high-performance rewards: you'll work alongside people who push you, with real ownership over hard problems in a market that's moving fast.
If that sounds like the best version of your career, we want to meet you.
For candidates in New York, NY, the pay range for this role is $135,000-$175,000.
At Vibe, we want you to build something, own something, and grow fast. Here's how we back that up:
Variable pay — based on objectives you hit. No arbitrary targets.
Hybrid flexibility — We're in NYC's Flatiron District and our team is in 3x a week!
Full health coverage — Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
401(k) with matching — We invest in your future, not just your output.
Unlimited PTO — Take the time you need. We measure results, not hours.
Parental leave — Paid leave for all parents.
Annual offsite — The whole team, once a year, somewhere worth the trip.
We respect your time. Here's exactly what to expect — no surprises, no ghosting.
Recruiter screen — We share context, you share yours. Enough to know if it's worth both our time to go further.
Manager interview — He owns the platform you'd be building on. This is a conversation about what you've built and how you think, not a quiz.
Take-home build & Walkthrough — A real problem, not a trick. Build it end-to-end the way. If the build lands, you sit with the hiring manager and our VP Growth & Marketing to dig into your decisions — why this way, what you traded off, what you'd change.
Bar Raiser Interview: 30 min with a senior leader to ensure we're holding a consistent, high bar.
Offer — fast. We don't let good decisions sit.
