Logz.io is an AI-powered observability platform that unifies logs, metrics and traces and uses AI agents to help engineering teams find and fix issues faster. Our customers include Siemens, Bright Data, Schneider Electric and other teams running at cloud scale.
We're building a sharper, account-based go-to-market engine for 2027. The GTM Engineer owns the marketing side of that engine: the marketing automation, data, signals and AI workflows that turn target accounts into warm, qualified conversations for sales.
This is a hands-on builder role inside marketing. RevOps owns Salesforce, the sales process, pipeline reporting and forecasting; you'll partner closely with them on everything that crosses from marketing into sales, and own everything up to the handoff.
Build the GTM engine from the ground up, with real ownership and direct impact on new business.
Work across marketing, sales, product and RevOps on a focused strategy.
A product at the center of AI-powered observability, used by engineering teams at cloud scale.
Build and run HubSpot for marketing: workflows, nurture and lead-warming programs, lists, forms, lifecycle stages and campaign tracking. Keep it clean, documented and fast.
Build AI agents for marketing: use LLMs and tools like Clay or n8n to research accounts, personalize outreach, qualify inbound and run event workflows (pre-event invites, meeting booking, post-event follow-up).
Own marketing scoring and the handoff: score on fit and intent, not size or badge scans, and define with RevOps when and how a lead or account passes to sales.
Power account-based marketing: build the tiered target-account lists with marketing and sales, enrich them with firmographic, technographic and contact data, and map the buying committee in each account.
Turn signals into action: bring in intent, website and engagement signals from target accounts, and get them to the right owner with context, so marketing and sales act while the interest is fresh.
Make marketing measurable: campaign and channel attribution, target-account engagement, and marketing dashboards in HubSpot that tie programs to meetings and pipeline.
Partner with RevOps: on the HubSpot–Salesforce sync, routing and data standards, so every opportunity carries a contact and a source.
3+ years in marketing operations or GTM engineering at a B2B SaaS company.
Deep HubSpot expertise: you've built and run complex marketing automation (workflows, nurture, scoring, custom properties and objects, campaign reporting). Certifications are a plus; real builds matter more.
A builder's mindset: you're comfortable with APIs, webhooks and integrations, and you build automations with tools like Clay, n8n, Make or Zapier.
AI fluency: you've used LLMs (such as Claude) to build practical GTM workflows, not just experiments.
Data skills: you can enrich, clean and dedupe account and contact data, and work comfortably in spreadsheets and basic SQL.
Clear communication: you work well with marketers, sellers and RevOps, and explain systems simply, in fluent English.
Salesforce knowledge: objects, reports and HubSpot integration.
Scripting experience in Python or JavaScript.
Experience with data enrichment and intent tools (Clay, ZoomInfo, Apollo or similar).
Experience with ABM in North America and EMEA.
Familiarity with B2B SaaS, developer or observability products.
Target-account lists are enriched, tiered and actively worked by marketing and sales.
Intent and engagement signals reach the right owner fast, and event meetings are booked before we arrive.
Marketing programs are tied to meetings and pipeline in reporting everyone trusts.
AI-assisted workflows save the team real time each week.
