You don't have an AI story if you don't have your data story. That's where NexusOne comes in.
We're the converged data platform for the AI era — composable by design, built on an open-source foundation, and AI-native from the ground up. One identity, one governance envelope, one operational layer across every mainframe, data lake, warehouse, and streaming system in the business. For the first time, enterprises can bring their existing stack along instead of rebuilding it — and still give AI agents full context across the estate.
What we stand for is simple: sovereign data, interoperable systems, decoupled intelligence — delivered the way modern software should be. No rip-and-replace. No multi-year transformation. Our CEO Anu Jain puts it well: we turn the "ball of yarn" of data integrations into a unified engine — less like assembling car parts, more like buying the car ready to drive. 85+ open-source tools pre-integrated. AI-native automations that deploy and self-heal the stack without human toil. Forward-deployed engineers who build shoulder-to-shoulder with customer teams — hands on keyboards, not just on decks.
It's working, and fast. We're tripling revenue year over year, backed by Insight Partners, and running in production in environments most vendors won't touch. Our platform processes credit risk data for 90%+ of US small businesses — 40M+ — every month. Intent signals for 300M+ subscribers monthly for Africa's largest telco. The data and AI layer for a Top 3 US bank.
We're 100+ people across the US and India, headquartered in Atlanta. We think big, move fast, and don't mistake activity for progress. We hire people who'd rather ship the rocket than brief someone on it.

We're building go-to-market from scratch, and need someone who creates operating leverage across the entire motion — hands-on where the work needs doing, hands-off where it needs tracking — so our CEO doesn't have to be in every deal and every decision.
Today the CEO is effectively head of sales, and the CEO, Chief Architect, and Business Ops are pinch-hitting on live deals. We're about to hire several Account Executives and Solution Architects, launch a multi-month channel investment, and scale demand gen — with no GTM operating layer yet. This person holds it together until we hire a head of sales, and ultimately builds the Sales Ops / RevOps function a future CRO will inherit.
You carry no quota and are not a seller. You bring a consulting foundation — structure, judgment, and polish — but the job is rolling up your sleeves.
Revenue cadence & forecasting — build forecasting from scratch, own forecast integrity, run pipeline reviews and the operating cadence
Pursuit enablement & deal execution (primary today) — SOWs, MSAs, pricing exhibits, deal collateral; build the deal-desk motion
Scaling sellers & Solution Architects — onboarding, ramp, and enablement material as we hire AEs and SAs; help structure the org
Demand gen, product marketing & analyst relations — campaigns, BDR motion, thought-leadership content, analyst engagement with the CEO
Channel & field marketing — mobilize a multi-month channel investment as a scaled-motion lever
Pricing, packaging & competitive strategy — SKU design, packaging tests, live competitive read
Required
3–6 years in top-tier management consulting (MBB or strong tier-2), ideally commercial-excellence focused
Real operating time inside enterprise B2B software GTM — not just advising from outside
Fluency in enterprise, sales-led software motion (pipeline, forecast, quota, comp, territory) — this is not PLG
Comfortable across the full GTM surface: sales, marketing, pricing, analyst relations
Willing to do the work directly — drafting SOWs, shaping MSAs, writing content, building collateral
Builds systems and automations (including AI-assisted workflows), not just dashboards
High agency, strong writing/deck judgment, and influence without authority
Strong differentiators
Direct experience partnering with a seller team (4–6 reps) on quota attainment
Built sales enablement end-to-end, or a deal-desk motion
Worked directly with an exec at an early-stage company
Shaped a comp plan, pricing model, territory design, or forecast leadership relied on
A public artifact showing builder chops (tool, repo, teardown, talk)
Not a reporting/analyst seat, not pure strategy, not single-lane sales-ops or marketing-ops, not a quota-carrying seller, not PLG.
You start as the hands-on/hands-off owner of the whole GTM operating surface. As we scale and bring on a CRO, you build and own the Sales Ops / RevOps function beneath them — spanning revenue strategy, comp design, GTM programs, field enablement, deal execution, pipeline, customer experience, and GTM AI/data. We're deliberately hiring someone earlier-career with runway to grow into it.
At Nexus, we value people who want to grow — and support each other while doing so.
You can expect:
A collaborative team culture built on curiosity and respect
Challenging work where your contributions clearly matter
A leadership team that invests in learning and development
The opportunity to work at the intersection of cloud, data, and AI innovation
If this role sounds like a great fit — or even close to one — we’d love to hear from you. We know that no candidate checks every single box, and we’re excited to meet people who bring curiosity, talent, and a desire to build meaningful work together.
