We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver a warm, professional, and well-coordinated welcome to every guest. In this role, they will manage the check-in and check-out process, respond to guest requests promptly, and maintain accurate records in a structured, service-focused environment.
Welcome guests, complete check-in and check-out procedures, and answer questions about the hotel, services, and policies.
Handle calls, messages, and guest requests with a helpful, clear, and timely approach.
Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, incidents, and system updates.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to address guest needs efficiently.
Follow established procedures for cash handling, identity verification, documentation, and policy compliance.
Resolve day-to-day situations with sound judgment, composure, and attention to detail within hotel guidelines.
Strong customer service focus and a courteous approach with guests and internal teams.
Ability to work within defined processes and maintain accuracy in administrative tasks.
Comfort shifting between guest-facing service, internal coordination, and request follow-up.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment without losing quality or accuracy.
Attention to detail in documentation, payments, and information updates.
Previous experience in front desk, hospitality, customer service, or similar roles.
Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
Basic familiarity with reservation systems, cash handling, or administrative tools.
The actual base pay offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held. Base pay is one component of B. F.
