As a Guidewire Rating Developer- Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions within our Technology Consulting practice, specifically focusing on the Insurance sector. You will engage directly with clients, leveraging your expertise in Guidewire to drive impactful results and enhance client satisfaction. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, utilizing your skills to develop and implement Guidewire solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients in the Financial Services industry.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and configuration of Guidewire BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and PolicyCenter solutions for insurance clients
- Managing client engagements and delivering technology consulting services within the financial services industry
- Guiding teams in implementing software development methodologies to enhance system development and integration
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify and address complex challenges in Guidewire applications
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster professional growth and service excellence
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide strategic solutions using Guidewire PolicyCenter
- Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and practices within the Guidewire competency network
- Validating the integrity and functionality of software solutions to meet client expectations
- Encouraging a culture of inclusion and teamwork to drive successful project outcomes
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to support ongoing technology needs

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Guidewire Certification 

- Demonstrating proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter/ BillingCenter/ ClaimCenter. 

- Well versed in one of streams Rating
