As a Guidewire Testing - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering client-focused solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and manage workstreams, contributing to the success of our Insurance Sector Technology - Guidewire engagements. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and navigate ambiguity to deliver quality work. You will guide and mentor others, using your skills to uphold professional standards and develop a deeper understanding of the business context.

Responsibilities

- Conducting functional and automation testing for Guidewire applications to validate system performance and reliability
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for Guidewire InsuranceSuite
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify and troubleshoot issues within Guidewire ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter
- Implementing regression testing methodologies to confirm system updates do not impact existing functionalities
- Engaging in quality assurance testing to maintain software integrity and meet client requirements
- Leveraging Guidewire configuration skills to customize solutions that align with client needs in the insurance sector
- Performing user acceptance testing (UAT) to gather feedback and refine system functionalities
- Supporting client engagements by providing insights and recommendations based on testing outcomes
- Adapting to changes and embracing new technologies to enhance testing processes and outcomes
- Mentoring junior team members in testing methodologies and Guidewire software applications

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance automation testing processes
- Excelling in functional testing and regression testing methodologies
- Possessing skills in quality assurance testing and software performance testing
- Embracing change and intellectual curiosity in technology consulting
