Hyve Solutions is seeking a Hardware Integration & NPI Engineering Operations Lead to drive system and rack level integration, qualification, and execution from hardware bring-up through NPI builds. This role owns end-to-end integration readiness, ensuring a seamless transition from engineering to manufacturing with strong execution rigor.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who aligns cross-functional teams, closes design-to-manufacturing gaps, and delivers predictable, high-quality builds. Core Responsibilities
- Own execution of engineering deliverables across hardware integration, manufacturing process development, NPI, and production ramp
- Drive alignment and validation across HW, MFG Test, Quality, Supply Chain, and Development teams
- Ensure readiness across all functions prior to pre-production and pilot builds
- Plan and track manufacturing process development activities (BOM, process documentation, build readiness)
- Track execution of pre-production and pilot builds, ensuring smooth transition to volume
- Quickly resolve roadblocks related to material availability, line scheduling, and technical issues
- Triage and manage escalations impacting build execution, factory output, and program timelines
- Drive clarity of ownership and ensure no gaps in responsibility across functions
- Lead execution reviews, daily/weekly operations cadence, and leadership updates
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant experience.
- Experience:
- Experience in hardware integration, system engineering, or NPI manufacturing process development and transfer to mass production
- Strong understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle from design through factory ramp
- Strong experience with system and rack-level integration in NPI environments
- Proven execution leadership across engineering and manufacturing organization
- Proven ability to drive execution across cross-functional hardware engineering and manufacturing teams
- Hands-on experience in production problem-solving
- Communication & Leadership Expectations

- Drive alignment across teams and stakeholders, including cross-functional organizations
- Act as a technical leader and multiplier, elevating team capability and execution quality

Compensation: $157,000 to $190,000
