At Alleima, integrity and responsible business practices are essential to how we operate and build trust. As a global company operating across different markets and regulatory environments, we are committed to maintaining high ethical standards and a culture where concerns can be raised and addressed with confidence.
We are now looking for a Head of Business Integrity to join our global Compliance function. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and develop how we manage business integrity matters across the organization, working closely with colleagues and senior stakeholders worldwide.
Location: Stockholm or Sandviken, Sweden
Your Role
As Head of Business Integrity, you will lead and develop Alleima's global Speak Up and investigation framework, ensuring that reported concerns are handled consistently, professionally and with integrity.
You will play an important role in strengthening our approach to business ethics, combining independent judgment with collaboration across functions and geographical boundaries. Beyond managing individual cases, you will contribute to identifying risks, improving processes and building organizational awareness.
You will report to the Head of Compliance and work within our global Legal organization. While the role does not include direct people management, you will have a broad international mandate and lead through expertise, collaboration and influence.
About You
We are looking for someone with solid experience in investigations, compliance, legal, audit or a related field, combined with a strong understanding of business ethics and corporate governance. You have experience handling complex and sensitive investigations, preferably in an international environment, and are familiar with relevant investigation methods, confidentiality requirements and regulatory considerations.
You have demonstrated leadership in managing sensitive ethics and compliance matters, with the credibility and sound judgment needed to build trust and ensure independence throughout the investigation process. You are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and leading through expertise, collaboration and influence, even without formal managerial authority.
We believe you have a relevant university degree or equivalent knowledge gained through professional experience. Experience working with whistleblowing frameworks, case-management systems or digital evidence is valuable, while additional qualifications within investigations, compliance or audit are considered an advantage.
As a person, you consistently demonstrate high ethical standards and personal integrity. You exercise independent judgment, maintain objectivity and confidentiality, and approach sensitive situations with professionalism and respect for everyone involved. You are analytical and structured, with the ability to see both the details and the broader organizational perspective. You communicate clearly, build trust and are comfortable taking responsibility and driving matters forward.
You communicate effectively in both English and Swedish, verbally and in writing. The role involves domestic and international travel, depending on business and investigation needs.
What you can expect from us
At Alleima, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to how we uphold business integrity across our global organization. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and senior leaders, with the opportunity to influence processes, strengthen governance and contribute to a culture built on trust and accountability.
We believe that different perspectives, experiences and backgrounds make us stronger. Our values – We care, We deliver and We evolve – guide how we work together, take responsibility and continuously develop.
You will join an international environment where your expertise is valued, your contribution matters and you have the opportunity to grow professionally while making a difference.
