Agentio enables marketers to buy creator led ads as easily and scalably as Meta or Google ads - automating sourcing, pricing, contracting, delivery, and measurement - so work that took months now happens in minutes.
We're on a mission to transform a $800B digital ad ecosystem by shifting digital ad spend into the hands of creators. That means better outcomes for marketers and enabling creators to live off their work - finally being paid in proportion to the value they create. That shift is accelerating: Unilever's CEO has said the company will move roughly half of its ad budget into social and creators - Unilever is among the world's largest advertisers, spending around $9–10B annually. As these dollars move, they need performance-grade pipes; Agentio is how those dollars flow to creators with the speed, control, and measurement marketers expect. We enable brands like Uber, DoorDash, and Bombas to run creator campaigns with the same rigor, control, and accountability as their core performance channels.
Our AI-Native platform enables real-time content understanding at scale, simultaneous reasoning across hundreds of thousands of pieces of content, and intelligent allocation of multi-million dollar budgets. Our models apply more cross-platform performance signal than anyone else in the world, compounding with every campaign through a high-trust marketplace with accelerating network effects. The result is a flywheel: brands get the performance they've been chasing, creators get the intelligence and income they deserve, and Agentio becomes the infrastructure powering a generational shift in where media dollars flow.
The market agrees. Agentio has raised $56M at a $340M valuation, including a Series B led by Forerunner that followed our Series A within a calendar year. Backed by Benchmark, Craft, and AlleyCorp. Named to Forbes' Next Billion Dollar Startups, 2025. Named to Inc.'s Best Places to Work 2026, one of 10 companies nationally recognized in the "On the Rise: 0–4 Years in Business" category.
An $800B market. A once-in-a-generation technology shift. This is the moment. This is the team. Come build something generational with us.
Ad dollars follow attention. They went to Google when search arrived, to Facebook when social took over, and they are moving to creators now: Unilever has said it will put half of its media budget behind them. Most org charts have not caught up. Paid media and creator partnerships still sit on separate teams, with separate budgets and separate numbers, and nobody owns creator media end to end.
We think the fix is a new role, and we are making the hire ourselves. You will be Agentio’s founding Head of Creator Media: one person who owns every dollar we spend with creators and across creator media - whether the content lives on a creator’s channel or runs as an ad on our own accounts.
Your budget and mandate cover sponsored creator partnerships, creator-led paid ads, traditional paid channels, and AEO (AI answers are heavily influenced by creators). You decide allocate the spend like a fund manager, you own and run the tests, and you report what worked in one measurement stack, with creator media and paid compared on equal terms.
You will own repeatable, measurable B2B pipeline across ABM, paid channels, and inbound, and grow the creator side of our marketplace with the same rigor. A meaningful share of our own paid budget will run through creator media, through the Agentio platform. Every CMO we talk to is asking whether creator media can be bought and measured like any other channel. Your results are the answer.
Creator-Led Demand Generation & Pipeline
Build the demand engine from scratch: ABM strategy, Meta, Search, paid LinkedIn, Search, B2B influencer and creator strategy, and a scalable inbound/outbound assist motion aligned to the product narrative and ICP.
Make creator media a core performance channel for Agentio. Decide how much of our paid budget goes to creators versus traditional channels, and back that allocation with data.
Run Agentio’s own campaigns on Agentio. Be our most demanding power user and a source of product insight for the team.
Own AEO: how Agentio shows up when a marketer asks ChatGPT or Google about creator advertising
Own the marketing-sourced pipeline number: set targets, track performance, and report with clarity and confidence.
Measure everything in one place

Experience in growth or performance marketing, with real budgets and results you can walk us through
You’ve led a team of elite marketers who have reported to you directly
You have worked with creators: sponsorships, partnership ads, UGC, or influencer programs. You know what a brief, a usage right, and a good creator read look like
You have managed paid social hands-on (Meta at minimum; LinkedIn, Reddit, or search a plus) and set up the tracking yourself
Analytical: you build the report, you frame the decision, and leadership can act on it without a follow-up question
Entrepreneurial: you treat the budget like your own money and the company like your own company
Creative without ego: you test new formats and drop the ones that do not work, including your own ideas
