Lead a multi-disciplinary team directly - analysts, analytics engineers, and data engineers - guiding how they work and how well they support their stakeholders.
Ensure the data function is a trusted, collaborative partner across the business.
Define and champion a vision for how analytics and AI can drive competitive advantage.
Set clear priorities, track outcomes and hold the team accountable for results.
Bring solid business acumen with a strong understanding of analytics and data engineering — no hands-on execution expected.
Your skills & experiences:
At least 5 years of proven experience leading a company-wide data, analytics, AI, or data science function, with solid people-management track record.
Strong analytical and engineering background - you understand the engineering side deeply, have a clear point of view on analytics, and are happy to roll up your sleeves even though hands-on execution is not the core of the role.
Strong track record of translating business goals into a data and AI strategy and embedding a data-driven, experimentation culture.
Demonstrated success building and modernising scalable data platforms, operating models, and tooling.
Being a leader who builds trust across the team, values different perspectives, and creates strong collaboration in a pragmatic way.
