Clarify is building the AI-native CRM — a platform designed from the ground up for how modern go-to-market teams actually work. We raised $22.5M and assembled a team of ~27 people who believe the CRM category is overdue for a complete rethink: less manual data entry, smarter automation, and AI that actually understands your pipeline.
We're early and moving fast. The work you do here will directly shape how we grow.
Teams that see Clarify want it. Our constraint is getting in front of more of the right buyers, and pipeline is the biggest lever on our next stage of growth. We're looking for a senior Head of Demand Gen: a demand gen leader who has scaled pipeline from Series A to Series B, has led marketing, and knows how to do it again.
Demand gen comes first: you'll own where our pipeline comes from, how we invest to grow it, and the plan that gets us to our next stage. You'll lead our marketing team, run our demand gen programs, decide where budget and headcount go, and build the team as we scale, with the scope to grow into leading all of marketing. You'll work closely with our founders and sales leadership. At ~27 people this is still a hands-on role: you'll set the strategy and roll up your sleeves to make it work.
Own Clarify's demand gen and pipeline strategy, the pipeline model behind it, and the number, and report every week on what's working
Decide the channel mix across outbound, paid, events, partners and product-led motions, and where each dollar goes
Lead our demand gen programs end to end and cut what doesn't pay off
Lead and develop our existing marketing team, and scale budget and headcount as programs prove out
Partner with sales on ICP, messaging, qualification and attribution so pipeline turns into revenue
Work with our founders on positioning and the big bets for the next 12 months
Stay hands-on: dig into the data, write the plan, and launch programs yourself when that's fastest
You're a senior demand gen leader: you've scaled demand gen at a B2B SaaS company from Series A to Series B (or beyond), and can point to the pipeline and revenue you drove
You've led a marketing team: hired, managed and grown people while scaling programs, budget and headcount
You've owned a pipeline number at the leadership level and set the strategy behind it
You're still hands-on and happy to do the work at a ~27-person company
You're fluent with modern, AI-native GTM tooling (Clay, automation, enrichment, your own reporting)
You write and communicate clearly and turn what you hear from customers and sales into sharp positioning
Bonus: You've marketed to sales, RevOps or GTM teams
Bonus: You've run both product-led and sales-led motions
We offer a base salary range of $190,000-$230,000 depending on level and location, benchmarked against market data for startups our size, plus competitive stock options with standard 4-year vesting and a 1-year cliff. Benefits include fully covered medical, dental, and vision for you (50% for dependents), a 401(k) with company match, flexible time off, and generous parental leave. We bring the full team together 2–3 times a year for offsites.
Our Seattle-based employees work from our Pioneer Square office three days a week.
