Act as a player-coach for a growing team of 2–4 FTEs and agencies, scaling to 6–8 in 12–18 months
Set the operating cadence: weekly channel reviews, monthly pipeline councils, quarterly GTM planning
Define hiring bar, regional coverage strategy, and role charters across demand functions
Own the demand tech stack (HubSpot/Marketo, Segment, Clearbit/6sense, enrichment/routing) in collaboration with RevOps
Establish guardrails for CAC payback, shutoff rules, and ROI discipline
Forecast and report on performance across ROI, velocity, coverage, and funnel health
