About Unlimit
Unlimit is the global financial infrastructure for the borderless agentic economy. Designed to bridge the gap between fragmented local markets and the future of autonomous commerce, Unlimit provides the programmable operating layer for the world’s most ambitious businesses.
Through an integrated technology stack, the platform unifies global payment acceptance, programmable financial accounts, and digital asset rails into a singular financial layer. By mapping hyper-local payment ecosystems directly into its architecture, Unlimit enables businesses to move value and settle transactions instantly across continents.
Built on decades of hard-won regulatory depth and an extensive global license portfolio, the platform provides direct access to a massive global infrastructure. With major hubs in London, San Francisco, Singapore, São Paulo, and Mexico City, Unlimit is building the infrastructure that makes global expansion a matter of code, not geography.
Design and execute a global visionary event roadmap (covering hubs like London, San Francisco, Hong Kong, Mexico City etc) that positions Unlimit as the "Financial OS" of the future, including hosting its own events.
Beyond standard industry presence, you will launch and scale Unlimit’s own world-class event formats—from side-conferences and exclusive "underground" meetups to digital communities and high-stakes executive chats.
Your goal is to move beyond the "booth mindset." You will design "unmissable" experiences at Tier-1 events (Money20/20, Token2049) that challenge the status quo and make our financial infrastructure the most talked-about topic of the year.
High-Value Networking Engineering: Transform events into high-octane growth engines. You will curate environments where Tier-0 enterprise leaders and industry giants don’t just visit—they connect, collaborate, and convert.
You are expected to constantly "find the new angle." Whether it’s a new technology, a unique venue, or a disruptive format, you will lead the search for unconventional ways to maximise brand impact and industry influence.
Act as the ultimate custodian of the Unlimit narrative. You’ll ensure that our complex strengths are communicated with authority and precision across every global touchpoint.
AI-Native Mindset: You don't just use digital tools; you think in automated systems and understand how AI is disrupting business models overnight.
Tenure with Foresight: You have 5+ years of experience in high-growth fintech or tech environments, with a proven track record of acting on emerging trends before they become obvious.
Systems Thinker: You possess the ability to design event "architectures" that deliver maximum visibility and value
Ownership Mentality: You operate as if you are running a small business within the business, taking full responsibility for impact and results.
Master of Complexity: You can navigate the friction of global trade and translate "hard-won regulatory depth" into compelling brand stories.
A Career-Defining "Dream Role": This is more than a position; it’s a global stage for a visionary. You will have the creative freedom and resources to transform the way the world perceives financial infrastructure.
True International Scale: Work for a company that operates across virtually every continent. You will gain unparalleled experience collaborating with market leaders and industry pioneers in diverse regions, from London and San Francisco to São Paulo and Singapore.
Architecting Impact: We don’t just "run events." You will design and execute legendary experiences that will be remembered for years, moments that shift industry paradigms and directly influence the future of global commerce.
Grow at the Speed of Innovation: As Unlimit scales globally, so do you. You’ll have the chance to evolve alongside the company, taking on new challenges and expanding your influence as we redefine the financial landscape.
Impact-Driven Growth: A "Lego-like" environment where your personal and professional development is built around your own ambitions and the massive impact you bring to the table.
Competitive Package: Impact-based compensation including bonuses tied to leadership commitments and personal professional development plans.
