We are looking for a Head of Growth in Egypt to drive user acquisition, optimize retention, and scale our market presence. Key responsibilities:
* **Develop and Execute Growth Strategy**
* Build and implement a data-driven go-to-market strategy to expand Elevate Pay’s footprint in Egypt.
* Define and manage country-specific user acquisition channels, ensuring cost-efficient and high-quality signups.
* **User Acquisition & Retention**
* Lead growth initiatives across influencer partnerships, targeted content, and referral programs.
* Optimize conversion funnels and retention strategies to maintain strong deposit retention and reduce churn.
* **Market Expansion & Local Partnerships**
* Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders including remote work communities and local financial institutions.
* Ensure Elevate Pay differentiates itself through localized solutions that address real pain points..
* **Performance & Analytics**
* Track and analyze key growth metrics.
* Use data to iterate marketing spend and maximize ROI on acquisition efforts.
* **Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration**
* Work closely with the product, compliance, and operations teams to refine Elevate Pay’s Egypt strategy.
* Hire and manage a small but highly effective local team to execute growth initiatives.
