By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
Anduril’s Maritime Manufacturing Technology Team is responsible for rapidly developing and implementing manufacturing technologies, processes, and materials for cutting-edge defense hardware. As a leader in the Maritime Division, you must bear the expertise to evaluate, qualify, manage, and advocate for an increasing number of sophisticated parallel pursuits. Your spectrum of support will be exceptionally diverse and require you to rapidly drive aggressive deliverables to completion.
The ideal candidate will leverage a deep expertise in large-scale manufacturing of a number of large, complex assemblies. You need to have experience in heavy fabrication, be able to lead the complex integration of different structures, and have a background spanning structural fabrication, joining and assembly across a variety of metals, alloys, and exotic materials.
