What You’ll Own
- Quant revenue strategy: Develop and execute the commercial strategy across systematic funds, quantamental investors, and quantitative teams
- Full customer lifecycle: Lead new-logo acquisition, product evaluations, account expansion, pricing, renewals, and retention across the Quant business
- Team leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team spanning new-business sellers and account-focused Business Development professionals
- Go-to-market execution: Own the rollout of new Quant products and use cases, including market segmentation, positioning, packaging, pricing, and sales enablement
- Business performance: Maintain a clear view of pipeline health, forecast accuracy, conversion, customer retention, and the leading indicators required to achieve team targets
- Commercial excellence: Coach the team on discovery, qualification, account planning, negotiation, and complex trial led sales while maintaining pricing integrity
- Strategic account development: Build senior relationships across priority accounts and help the team uncover long-term expansion opportunities
- Market and product insight: Develop a deep understanding of quantitative investment workflows and translate customer feedback into actionable recommendations for Product and Research
- Cross-functional leadership: Partner closely with Client Strategy, Product, Research, Marketing, and company leadership to solve business challenges and accelerate growth
- Scalable operations: Identify gaps, test new approaches, and build the processes, systems, and organizational structure needed to scale efficiently
