Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
Our ambition is to become the market leader in Belgium by 2030. As Head of Sales Belgium, you will own Alan’s commercial growth in the country. You will define and execute our sales strategy, lead and scale the sales organisation, and establish the operating model needed to deliver sustainable, ambitious growth and achieve this ambition.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will develop the team and its managers while remaining personally involved in the most strategic and complex opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Owning the Belgian sales strategy, revenue plan, and performance against growth targets.
Leading and developing a sales organisation of approximately 40 people, including managers and individual contributors.
Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and retaining a high-performing team, while building clear career paths for its members.
Establishing the right sales methodology, processes, metrics, and operating rhythm to make performance predictable and scalable.
Personally supporting the most strategic and complex deals, particularly across enterprise and public-sector accounts.
Partnering with Marketing, Product, Sales Operations, and other teams to improve lead generation, sales efficiency, customer feedback loops, and market positioning.
Ensuring strong alignment between the Belgian go-to-market strategy and Alan’s global commercial approach.
Working closely with the Belgian GM and other senior stakeholders to turn market opportunities into sustainable growth.
You could be a strong fit for this role if you:
Have significant experience leading, coaching, and scaling B2B sales teams, including through managers or team leads.
Have delivered growth in complex and competitive sales environments, ideally involving enterprise, public-sector, or other long sales cycles.
Are comfortable combining strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in important customer opportunities.
Know how to build a high-performance sales culture through clear goals, strong coaching, effective processes, and data-driven management.
Are fluent in Dutch and English. French-speaking or French-understanding skills are a plus.
Are willing to work from our Brussels office several days per week to build strong relationships with the team and stay close to the business.
Experience in HR, healthcare, insurance, employee benefits, or banking is a plus, as is familiarity with recognised sales methodologies.
