Elite Home Health & Hospice, a proud member of The Pennant Group family, is seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Clinical Services (DCS) to lead our Home Health team in Clarkston, Washington.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Home Health leadership experience who is ready to drive clinical excellence, develop high-performing teams, and positively impact patient outcomes throughout our community.
As the Director of Clinical Services, you will oversee all clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, support quality initiatives, and cultivate a culture centered on exceptional patient care and employee growth.
