Housekeeper

Job Description:

We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our hotel team. As a Housekeeper, you'll play a vital role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness help ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional stay.

What You'll Do

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels and guest amenities.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and common areas.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Report maintenance concerns, damaged items, or safety hazards to management.
• Remove trash and transport linens to designated areas.
• Restock housekeeping carts and supplies throughout the shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in housekeeping storage areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide friendly, courteous service.
• Follow all company policies, safety requirements, and housekeeping procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Previous housekeeping, hotel, or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Schedule Requirements:
