The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the impeccable aesthetic and cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every visitor experiences a pristine and welcoming environment. This role involves the thorough cleaning of guest suites according to exacting standards, including stripping and remaking beds with fresh linens, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms. Housekeepers are also responsible for replenishing guest amenities, managing their individual carts, and identifying any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
