We are seeking a Room Attendant to help maintain clean, welcoming guest rooms that reflect B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group quality standards. In this role, you will follow established procedures, support a consistent guest experience, and take pride in completing work thoroughly and reliably. You will also assist guests with friendly, courteous, and professional service while adhering to health and safety requirements.
Clean and service guest rooms to established quality and cleanliness standards
Restock required amenities, linens, and supplies to ensure each room is fully prepared for arriving guests
Ensure carts, linens, rooms, and housekeeping equipment are clean and in working order
Follow housekeeping procedures, guest service expectations, and health regulations consistently throughout each shift
Support guest satisfaction by responding to requests in a timely, helpful, and professional manner
Work cooperatively with team members and support other departments as needed to meet guest and operational needs
Inspect rooms for maintenance needs and report maintenance issues promptly
Use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies safely and according to established procedures
Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with brand standards and applicable local, state, and federal regulations
Complete assigned rooms within expected timeframes while maintaining quality standards
Plan, organize, and prioritize daily work to meet required productivity expectations
Follow attendance standards, grooming expectations, department procedures, and required hotel policies
Attend required department and hotel meetings
Ability to follow established procedures and maintain consistent quality from room to room
Strong attention to cleanliness, detail, and completion of assigned tasks
Customer-focused approach to guest service
Ability to perform job duties in a repetitious, fast-paced environment
Professional and courteous communication with guests and team members
Ability to work steadily and remain focused throughout the shift
Ability to organize and prioritize assigned duties to meet daily room and service expectations
Working knowledge of safe chemical handling and general housekeeping safety practices
High school diploma or GED preferred
Housekeeping or laundry experience preferred
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the shift
Significant bending required
Availability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed

The actual base pay offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held. Base pay is one component of B. F. Saul Company & Affiliates total compensation package, which also includes access to or eligibility for healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, bonus plans and more.
