Who We Are

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) brings together technology and expertise to help customers turn their ambitions into business outcomes.

HPE Korea’s HPC & AI team works with enterprise customers, research institutions and partners to address demanding computing challenges. Our solutions span AI infrastructure, GPU servers, high-performance computing, networking, storage and supporting software and services.

About the Program

We are looking for curious, motivated graduates who want to build a career at the intersection of technology and business.

This six-week internship provides structured learning, practical assignments and exposure to the work of our Sales and Presales teams. You will learn how customer requirements are translated into infrastructure solutions and how technical and commercial teams collaborate to develop customer proposals.

During the first three weeks, all interns will participate in common foundational training and assignments. Following a midterm assessment, you will continue in either the Sales or Presales track, based on your interests, demonstrated strengths and role suitability. The remaining three weeks will focus on role-specific activities and an integrated project, concluding with an individual presentation and final assessment.

High-performing interns who meet the role requirements may be offered a full-time Graduate position in Sales or Presales. Participation in or completion of the internship does not guarantee a full-time offer.

• Gather and organize workload, performance and infrastructure requirements.
• Assist with high-level solution designs covering compute, GPUs, networking and storage.
• Practice reviewing configurations and bills of materials (BOMs), identifying assumptions, dependencies and missing information.
