HR AI Solutions Analyst - Workday

Together we fight for everyone’s opportunity for a better financial future.

We will do this together — with customers, partners and colleagues. We will fight for others, not against: We will stand up for and champion everyone’s access to opportunities. The status quo is not good enough … we believe every individual and every community deserves access to financial opportunities. We are determined to support both individuals and communities in reaching a better financial future.  We know that reaching this future depends on our actions today.

Like our Purpose Statement, Voya believes in being bold and committed to action.  We are committed to a work environment where the differences that we are born with — and those we acquire throughout our lives — are understood, valued and intentionally pursued. We believe that our employees own our culture and have a responsibility to foster an environment where we all feel comfortable bringing our whole selves to work. Purposefully bringing our differences together to positively influence our culture, serve our clients and enrich our communities is essential to our vision.

This role combines hands-on Workday configuration with AI and agent development, workflow automation, solution engineering, and product-oriented delivery. The analyst will help evolve traditional HR technology support into a more proactive model focused on intelligent experiences, scalable automation, and measurable business outcomes.

The successful candidate will partner with HR stakeholders, People Systems, technology teams, and business leaders to identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve employee and manager experiences, and deliver solutions that can scale across the employee lifecycle.

• Design end-to-end digital workflows across the employee lifecycle.
• Reduce manual activities through agents, low-code solutions, workflow orchestration, and automation.
• Help transition operational work toward agent-assisted processing, proactive monitoring, and exception-based support.
• Use data and process insights to continuously improve employee, manager, and HR experiences.

Product & Solution Delivery

• Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, roadmaps, and expected outcomes.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and solution design workshops.
• Lead assigned solutions from concept and prototype through testing, deployment, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
• Document solutions so they can be maintained and supported across the team.
• Measure adoption, effectiveness, efficiency gains, and business value after implementation.

AI Governance & Responsible Delivery

• Support AI governance, security, privacy, risk, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure solutions respect Workday and enterprise security models and provide users only the information and actions appropriate to their access.
• Participate in reviews and approvals required for new AI capabilities.
• Monitor deployed agents and automations for quality, usage, exceptions, and opportunities for improvement.

• Experience configuring one or more Workday functional areas such as Core HCM, Performance, Talent, Learning, or Reporting.
• Experience with Workday Extend, Workday Build, Developer Agent, Orchestrate, or Workday AI capabilities.
