HR Business Partner – Technology

We’re looking for an exceptional Strategic HR Business Partner to work with a senior Technology leadership team and lead a significant workforce and culture transformation agenda.
This is not a business-as-usual HR role. It’s an opportunity to influence the shape of a major division, challenge conventional thinking and create the organisational conditions for brilliant people and emerging technologies to perform at their best.
The opportunity
As a trusted adviser to senior leaders, you’ll translate business strategy into an ambitious people strategy—bringing together strategic workforce forecast, organisational design, leadership, talent, capability and culture.
You’ll help leaders navigate complexity, accelerate transformation and build the skills, operating models and ways of working needed for an AI-enabled future.
