- Build strong relationships across management levels and know when to escalate issues appropriately.
- Act as a collaborative, trusted, and confidential partner to employees, managers, and the broader global HR team.
- Support additional People Operations initiatives and projects as needed.

- At least 5 years in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar People Operations role, with broad exposure to employee relations, talent management, compensation, performance management, onboarding, and recruitment.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environment; experience in technology, financial services, or a similarly dynamic industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business and people challenges into practical HR solutions.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence across a global, matrixed organization.
- Excellent judgment, discretion, and comfort handling sensitive and highly confidential information.
