Position Overview:
Are you an experienced HR professional looking to use your expertise to support a variety of clients while enjoying greater flexibility and work-life balance? BPM is seeking an HR Consultant to join our collaborative HR Consulting team!
In this role, you'll partner with clients to provide both strategic and hands-on HR support, helping businesses navigate their people-related needs and challenges. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in HR Business Partner (HRBP) responsibilities and employee benefits administration, along with the ability to advise leadership, navigate employee relations matters, and deliver practical HR solutions.
We're looking for someone who is a proactive problem solver, builds trusted relationships, and can confidently adapt to different client environments. Previous HR consulting experience is highly preferred, particularly experience supporting multiple clients with varying business needs.
This is a remote opportunity with a strong preference for candidates located on the West Coast, ideally in the San Francisco Bay Area, to accommodate occasional client visits and collaboration.
At BPM, you'll have the flexibility to work differently without sacrificing meaningful, challenging work. You'll also be part of a supportive team of HR professionals who bring diverse experiences and perspectives and collaborate to deliver exceptional client service.
When considering a new opportunity, it's natural to have questions. Here are a few things we get asked all the time:
If I am working part-time, can I still be eligible for benefits?
BPM employees who work a minimum of 30 hours a week are eligible for paid holidays, PTO, health insurance benefits, and more!
I am tired of the daily grind of a commute, where are you located?
With the exception of scheduled client visits in San Francisco and video meetings, you get to work in the comfort of your own home in your PJs if you’d like! (This is part of that work-life balance we were talking about!) While this is a remote role, if you are located in San Francisco it is ideal.
What makes BPMs HR Consulting team so special?
The people! Each of us come from different backgrounds and bring different experiences to the table. You aren’t expected to know it all because we all are a collaborative team of HR professionals that are here to support each other as we support our clients.
