HR Intern, TMEA

Job Description Summary:

We are looking for an HR intern who will be willing to join us for long-term assignments on a part-time basis (at least 10-11 months) and support our HR Team in the management of daily processes & projects.

This is a paid internship position.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic HR projects
• Assist in day-to-day operational HR activities
• Assist in HR systems
• Support to employees in various HR-related topics to resolve any issues that may arise

Qualifications

• Being a 3rd or 4th-year university, or master's degree student in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering or similar fields
• Fluent in Turkish and excellent command of English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Result-oriented and eager to learn
• Good and effective communication skills
• Proactive and team player
• Interested in the HR field
• Open to work from the office in line with the university course schedule (Location: Ankara, Çankaya- Çayyolu).
