- Own the global HR Operations knowledge management process, including the creation, review, maintenance, auditing, and optimization of employee-facing Workday articles and other HR knowledge assets.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, process guides, and knowledge resources remain accurate, consistent, accessible, and up to date through structured review cycles and close collaboration with content owners and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular knowledge audits, monitor content status and ownership, coordinate required updates, and establish knowledge management standards, SOPs, and guidelines that strengthen quality, governance, and compliance.
- Identify knowledge gaps and recurring employee needs, using these insights to improve content, standards, workflows, and employee self-service capabilities.
- Partner with HR Operations and HR Digital to share best practices and improve knowledge management processes, content discoverability, and workflows, strengthening Tier 0 self-service and the overall employee experience.
- Contribute to global process standardization and documentation, helping create scalable and consistent HR Operations practices across regions while maintaining appropriate country-specific requirements.
