Job Description & Summary
We are a multilingual and multidisciplinary team, bringing together people with backgrounds ranging from humanities to finance, operations, technology and data. We have gained experience across different industries, but we share one goal: helping clients around the world design practical business solutions and build more effective Global Business Services organizations.
Our projects cover the full Global Business Services journey, including operating model design, location analysis, organizational transformation, process optimization, center setup and the improvement of existing operations.
How we work:
- We thrive in dynamic environments. Our projects often evolve quickly, requiring frequent adjustments and short decision cycles. You’ll be comfortable working with incomplete information and turning ambiguity into action.
- We are agile and iterative. We experiment, pilot, and iterate solutions with our clients, focusing on quick wins that pave the way for sustainable change.
- We are cross-functional by design. If your background is in HR, you might lead a Finance or Procurement workstream next. We match people to problems, not to silos - there are no fixed rules.
- We are solution-focused and optimistic. We bring energy, creativity and a can-do attitude to every challenge. When the path isn’t obvious, we figure out the next best step and move forward.
- We co-create with our clients. We facilitate workshops, rapidly synthesize insights, and turn them into Target Operating Models, process designs and transformation roadmaps.
- We learn continuously across functions and technologies. Whether in Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain or Technology, we stay current on domain best practices, regulations and enabling platforms (e.g., ERPs, HCM suites, RPA/automation, data/BI, GenAI/ML).
We are looking for:

- Develop and deliver compelling proposals that address clients’ business needs.
