- Partner with leaders on coaching, leadership development, succession planning, talent reviews, employee engagement, retention, and critical-skill development.
- Lead and support performance management, including goal setting, performance discussions, calibration, development planning, and accountability for follow-through.
- Advise leaders on organizational structure, workforce planning, role clarity, job design, change management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Manage employee relations matters in partnership with leaders and the Swedish HR team, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes under Swedish labor law, collective bargaining agreements, union requirements, and local practices.
- Establish and maintain constructive relationships with unions and employee representatives, including consultation and negotiation support.
- Navigate the shared Täby site environment effectively, collaborating with the Solutions group while maintaining clear business-unit accountability, priorities, and confidentiality for Surveillance Defense.
- Use people data and insights to identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities and support informed leadership decisions.
- Support compensation and reward processes, including annual salary reviews, job evaluations, promotion reviews, market benchmarking, and other people-cycle activities.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring leaders on recruitment, selection, offer development, and onboarding for key roles.
- Provide end-to-end HR operational support for the MENA region, including onboarding, visa and immigration support, employment letters and agreements, insurance administration, required employment documentation, offboarding, and coordination with internal partners and external vendors.
- Deliver manager training, tools, and guidance that strengthen leadership effectiveness and promote manager ownership and self-sufficiency.
- Contribute to global HR initiatives and collaborate across the broader HR organization to ensure alignment, consistency, and effective execution.
What You Need
- Several years of progressive HR Business Partner experience in a global, matrixed, or multinational organization.
- Experience supporting leaders across leadership development, performance management, organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, change initiatives, talent reviews, and manager training.
- Strong knowledge of Swedish employment law, employee relations, collective bargaining agreements, and union relations, with demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with unions, employee representatives, leaders, and other key stakeholders.
- Experience managing sensitive employee relations matters with sound judgment, discretion, consistency, and appropriate documentation.
- Hands-on experience supporting international HR operations, preferably within the MENA region, including onboarding, visas or immigration, employment agreements, insurance administration, and offboarding.
- Strong stakeholder management, coaching, influencing, conflict-resolution, and business acumen, with the ability to establish credibility with senior leaders across geographic and business-unit boundaries.
- Ability to balance strategic partnership with detailed operational execution across multiple countries and priorities.
- Experience using HR data and analytics to support decisions and identify workforce trends and risks.
- Familiarity with compensation frameworks, job architecture, annual people processes, and HR systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
- Swedish language skills and experience with Swedish employment practices are required; fluent written and spoken English strongly preferred.

- A role combining strategic HR leadership with practical, hands-on execution.
