About the Role
Backcountry's Salt Lake City corporate office is home to the teams that run the business day to day. As Human Resources Manager, Corporate, you will own employee relations, performance management, onboarding, training, and engagement across the corporate office. Within the first year, success means corporate leaders see you as a trusted, hands-on partner, the annual performance cycle runs on time with consistent and well-documented outcomes, and employee relations issues are resolved promptly and fairly.
This is a lean team. You will own a lot, move fast, and make decisions with full end-to-end responsibility.
