(ESG) challenges.
As expectations around corporate responsibility, human rights, and sustainable supply chains continue to grow globally, ERM Japan is expanding its Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) practice and seeking motivated early-career professionals to join our team.
You do not need prior expertise in human rights or sustainability. We welcome candidates who are intellectually curious, eager to learn, and passionate about solving social and sustainability challenges.
Companies today are increasingly expected to identify, assess, and address human rights risks throughout their operations and value chains.

In this role, you will help organizations strengthen their human rights risk management practices and sustainability strategies, contributing to a more equitable and sustainable future.
As a member of ERM Japan’s Human Rights Due Diligence team, you will support a wide range of human rights and ESG-related projects for leading domestic and international clients.
Working alongside experienced consultants and global subject matter experts, you will develop expertise through research, analysis, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and client support activities.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in sustainability consulting while gaining exposure to complex global challenges and multinational business environments.
No prior HRDD experience is required. Comprehensive on-the-job training and mentoring will be provided.
