We’re currently hiring for an IAM Specialist. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, assisting them with operational IAM issues as well as translating complex IAM risks into clear, actionable guidance that enables them to identify and mitigate risks effectively.

The team
As an IAM Specialist, you’ll be part of the IAM & Resilience chapter, which is part of the Reliability, IT Risk & Security (RIRS) Tribe within CTO/Finance & Risk.
The IAM & Resilience chapter consists of Risk & Security experts which are supporting the Finance & Risk entity on IAM and Resilience (Resilience, Vulnerability management & SDR) related Security topics. The IAM & Resilience chapter team, in close collaboration with the DevOps teams and the Change and Testing chapter, focuses on the day-to-day management and execution of IT risk and security tasks.
Furthermore, the team steers the execution of the Risk Opinion and First Line Monitoring and improvement activities that coincide with the execution of IT security controls. The members are typically experienced, they have diverse interdisciplinary technical, IT risk and/or IT security backgrounds.
Roles and responsibilities
The ideal candidate has Expertise in authorization design and validation and hands-on experience with IAM tools (SOLLAR, ADG, Active Directory, Azure, Linux & BoKS, AMYNA, ETL, One Identity, ServiceNow).
Your responsibilities will be to:
Review authorization models for Finance & Risk applications.
Support teams in HPA usage and enforce best practices for privileged access.
Provide IAM support for assets on-prem and in cloud environments
Provide written guidance, workshops and training, customized to the needs of the F&R DevOps teams.
Help integrate IAM solutions with Windows and Unix infrastructures
Participate in the Risk Opinion process for PG3, ensuring a correct and complete assessment of IAM metrics and controls.

The following skill set and experience are required to succeed in this role:
Strong knowledge of directory services and infrastructure for Windows and Unix systems.
Expertise in authorization design and validation.
Experience with IT risk metrics and risk governance frameworks.
Familiarity with IAM processes in complex, regulated environments.
Excellent stakeholder management, advisory and communication skills.
Natural motivation and drive to take end-to-end ownership.
