Job Description Summary
GE Vernova's Grid Solutions business is experiencing significant growth driven by the global expansion of electrical infrastructure, renewable energy, AI-enabled data centers, and the transition toward SF₆-free technologies. Our Charleroi, Pennsylvania manufacturing facility is expanding its capacity and introducing new generations of high-voltage circuit breakers to meet this increasing demand.
The Industrial Engineer plays a critical role in designing, improving, and industrializing manufacturing processes that enable safe, high-quality, and efficient production. This position combines mechanical engineering knowledge with Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize production methods, support new product introductions (NPI), improve equipment and tooling, and increase factory capacity.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $89,300.00 and $148,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
