Job Description:
Are you an experienced Aerospace & Defence professional who enjoys working with clients, understanding their challenges and helping them find new ways to transform through technology?
We’re looking for an Industry Managing Partner to join DXC Technology’s Consulting & Engineering Services (CES) team.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll use your Aerospace & Defence experience to build strong relationships, bring industry insight to customer conversations and help identify new business opportunities.
Working alongside our account teams, consultants and technology specialists, you’ll help connect client challenges with DXC’s capabilities across consulting, engineering, digital, data and AI, turning ideas into practical solutions that deliver real value.
We’re looking for someone with strong Aerospace & Defence experience who combines excellent client relationship skills with a consultative and commercially minded approach.
You’ll ideally bring:
You don’t need to have run an Aerospace & Defence business or held an executive-level position. We’re interested in people who have developed strong industry knowledge and client relationships and are looking for an opportunity to build on that experience.
Due to the nature of the work and the customers we support, the successful candidate must be eligible to meet UK Government and contractual personnel security requirements, including the applicable residency requirements for the role, and have the right to work in the United Kingdom. Some roles may also be subject to nationality requirements where these are necessary to meet UK Government or contractual security obligations
This is a great opportunity to build on your Aerospace & Defence experience while broadening your exposure to consulting, technology and transformation.
You’ll work alongside experienced account teams, consultants and technologists, getting involved in interesting client challenges and helping customers explore how new technology can make a real difference to their organisations.
You’ll have the opportunity to make an impact, develop your career and be part of a collaborative global organisation without needing to step away from the hands-on client relationships that make the role interesting.
We believe the best ideas come from different experiences, perspectives and ways of thinking.
We welcome applications from individuals of all genders and backgrounds and particularly encourage interest from women, underrepresented communities, and neurodivergent candidates. We offer reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process and are committed to providing a supportive, accessible workplace where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success. Our work model prioritizes in-person collaboration while offering flexibility to support wellbeing, productivity, individual work styles, and life circumstances. We’re committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
Recruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company. These emails may request recipients to provide personal information or to make payments as part of their illegitimate recruiting process. DXC does not make offers of employment via social media networks and DXC never asks for any money or payments from applicants at any point in the recruitment process, nor ask a job seeker to purchase IT or other equipment on our behalf.
