• Learning agility and comfort developing working knowledge of research, clinical trials, technology transfer and related operational areas.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• 7+ years of work experience in a related job discipline OR master’s degree and 3-5 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience navigating Cincinnati Children’s or another complex academic medical, research or healthcare environment.

• Experience leading cross-functional programs with senior-level stakeholders.

• Exposure to research operations, clinical trials, research budgets or templates.

• Exposure to industry partnerships, technology transfer, commercialization pathways or consulting relationships.
