Who We Are:
BrandCycle is an influencer and affiliate marketing platform representing over 7,000 social media influencers, bloggers, and content creators. Our members have a combined following of more than 300 million on social media. Most of our influencers have been creating content to drive sales for years. They are savvy shoppers who cross-promote and achieve high ROI for brands. We work with over 700 top brands, including Target, lululemon, Michael Kors, Under Armour, Crocs, Kate Spade, and Converse. In 2021, BrandCycle was acquired by StackCommerce, a leader in commerce content for major digital media publishers. StackCommerce and BrandCycle are backed by TPG, a top private equity firm that is known for its growth equity and impact investing.
The Role:
We're hiring an Influencer Campaign Manager to own the strategy and execution of high-impact brand campaigns from first pitch through final report. You'll be the connective tissue between brands and creators — translating client objectives into campaign strategy, partnering with the right creators to hit campaign and brand goals, and running the details that make campaigns land: outreach, negotiation, contracting, compliance, and reporting.
This is a great fit for someone who's equally comfortable building a campaign strategy deck and chasing down a creator's missing deliverable — and who wants to do both at a fast-growing company at a pivotal moment in its growth. This is a contract to hire position, 100% remote and must be based in the U.S.
What You Will Do:
- End-to-end campaign management: Develop and execute influencer campaigns from strategy through launch. Own creator outreach, negotiation, contracting, and FTC compliance, through reporting and renewal strategy.
- Strategic planning: Own the thinking behind each campaign — objectives, audiences, KPIs, budgets, and platform strategy that ladder directly to client business goals.
- Performance monitoring and optimization: Track key metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and refine strategies based on what the data shows.
- Industry and consumer insights: Stay current on market trends, the competitive landscape, and consumer behavior, and bring that thinking into campaign strategy.
- Client leadership: Act as the strategic bridge between brands and creators, leading client communications with insight and recommendations.
- Ownership of results: Take ownership of the numbers that define success, including campaign ROAS and renewal rate.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Brand, Creator, Product, and Operations teams so creator needs are reflected in what we build and how we operate.
What We're Looking For:
- 4–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, account management, or creator/partnership roles.
- A proven track record running campaigns end-to-end and growing high-profile brand or creator relationships.
- Working knowledge of affiliate networks, creator platforms, and social platforms.
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools, and a genuine desire to expand how you use them.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; you can influence and guide creators and lead client conversations and creator negotiations with confidence.
- Experience with creator campaign tools like CreatorIQ, Aspire, or Sprout Social, and project management tools like Airtable, Asana, or Monday, is a plus.
Who You Are:
Relationship-driven
- Warm and relationship-driven; you are a person creators and brands want to hear from.
- Builds trust quickly and anticipates what partners need before they ask.
- Balances fierce advocacy for the creator with what's right for the business.
Self-directed
- Entrepreneurial and eager to grow within the role and the company.
- An effective communicator in a remote environment, comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup and enjoys wearing many hats.
- Brings mature, measured judgment and solves problems independently.
Goals-driven
- Deadline-driven and composed under pressure.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Analytical, and energized by reaching and exceeding revenue goals.
- Fluent in KPIs and the business metrics that measure success.
- Always spotting new opportunities and new brands to connect with.
A fast learner
- Genuinely interested in digital marketing and e-commerce, and up to speed on the latest trends.
- Comfortable with, and excited by new and emerging technology and media channels.
