Emergent builds autonomous coding agents that generate, test, and deploy production applications directly from plain-language intent. Our systems operate at global scale, powering millions of real applications.
Since public launch, Emergent has crossed $100M in ARR and 10M+ users across 190+ countries. We're backed by Khosla Ventures, SoftBank, Google, Lightspeed, Prosus, Together, and Y Combinator.
We're solving the hard problems in AI-driven software creation, with a team of repeat founders, Olympiad medalists, IIT & IIM alumni, and leaders from Google, Amazon, and Dropbox.
We're hiring builders who want ownership, speed, and impact at global scale.
We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to scale creator-led growth across global markets. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you'll own influencer campaigns for assigned geographies, from creator discovery and negotiations to execution, performance, and payments.
Source and manage creators across the US, UK, Europe, APAC, and Oceania.
Build a diverse creator network across AI, tech, founders, finance, and SMB audiences.
Own outreach, negotiations, creator onboarding, briefs, content approvals, and campaign launches.
Ensure creators showcase real Emergent use cases and maintain content quality.
Track campaign performance across views, impressions, sign-ups, activation, and revenue.
Own delivery against campaign targets, optimize spend and ROI, and improve underperforming campaigns.
Manage attribution through UTMs and creator links, along with contracts, payments, and reconciliation.
2–4 years of hands-on influencer marketing experience. Freshers will not be considered.
Experience managing creator relationships and campaigns end to end.
Comfortable working with international creators and managing multiple campaigns independently.
Strong execution, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Focused on measurable business outcomes, not just views and engagement.
Experience working with large brands or directly with brands and influencers.
Existing international creator networks or experience managing campaigns at scale.
Exposure to AI, SaaS, developer tools, or no-code platforms.
Familiarity with attribution tools, UTMs, and performance dashboards.
Not a brand-only or PR-focused role.
Not driven by vanity metrics like views or likes.
Not a coordination or support role.
Not slow, approval-heavy, or agency-style marketing.
Full-time, work-from-office role based in Bangalore.
Typical working days of 9–10 hours, depending on campaign needs.
End-to-end ownership of your geography, campaign timelines, and results.
Build influencer marketing playbooks from first principles.
Work across global creator ecosystems with real ownership.
Direct impact on revenue, activation, and product adoption.
Operate at the intersection of AI, creators, and real software creation.
Learn fast, ship faster, and grow with one of the most exciting AI companies in the world.
