本ポジションは、PlayStation製品に関する取扱説明コンテンツの企画・制作を担うチームに所属します。
チームは日本・米国・英国の3拠点で構成されるグローバル組織であり、設計・開発・リーガル・カスタマーサポートなど多様な関係者と連携しながら、PlayStationのハードウェア、システムソフトウェア、周辺機器、関連サービスに関する取扱説明書やユーザーガイドをグローバル市場へ提供しています。
私たちのミッションは、世界中のユーザーがPlayStation製品を安心して快適に利用できるよう、正確で分かりやすい情報体験を提供することです。
コンテンツ制作にはStructured Authoring（DITA）を採用し、再利用性・拡張性を考慮した情報設計と継続的な制作プロセスの改善に取り組んでいます。専門性を持つメンバーが互いに知見を共有しながら、グローバル品質のコンテンツ制作を推進しています。
Information Developerとして、PlayStation製品に関する取扱説明コンテンツの企画・制作を担当していただきます。
単なるライティングに留まらず、情報設計、コンテンツ構造設計、レビュー、品質管理、リリースまで一連のプロセスをリードし、世界中のユーザーへ高品質な情報体験を届ける重要な役割を担います。
また、日本・米国・英国のグローバルチームと協働しながら、PlayStationビジネスを支えるコンテンツ基盤の品質向上や制作プロセスの改善にも取り組んでいただきます。
