- A proactive and service-oriented approach, with the ability to anticipate leadership and team needs, stay informed of priorities, and take initiative to support effective coordination.
- Highly developed organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, work through ambiguity, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment while working independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Copilot, with strong attention to detail in preparing, formatting, and managing documents, correspondence, tracking tools, records, and reporting.
