Estamos buscando un(a) Ingeniero(a) de Redes y Data Center
¿Cuál será tu desafío?
Asegurar la continuidad operacional y evolución de infraestructuras de redes, Data Center y comunicaciones críticas, participando en ambientes tecnológicos de alta complejidad.
Serás responsable de administrar, operar y realizar troubleshooting sobre infraestructuras de Networking y Data Center, con foco en Cisco Routing & Switching, Cisco ACI, MPLS y soluciones de seguridad Palo Alto, contribuyendo al éxito de los proyectos y acompañando a nuestros clientes en sus procesos de transformación y evolución tecnológica. Este rol describe tu punto de partida en NTT DATA. Creemos en las relaciones a largo plazo y en apoyar tu desarrollo. Principales responsabilidades
• Administrar, operar y realizar troubleshooting de infraestructura de Routing & Switching y redes de Data Center.
• Operar y resolver incidentes sobre plataformas Cisco ACI/Nexus y tecnologías de Routing avanzado y MPLS.
• Administrar y realizar troubleshooting de soluciones de seguridad Palo Alto/Panorama.
• Monitorear infraestructura crítica, diagnosticar incidentes y coordinar su resolución con equipos internos y proveedores.
• Brindar soporte a infraestructura de Data Center, incluyendo Cisco UCS y ambientes virtualizados, según las necesidades del servicio.
• Elaborar documentación técnica y realizar seguimiento de incidentes y requerimientos, identificando oportunidades de mejora.
