WorldStrides is the global leader in educational travel and experiential learning. The company was founded in 1967 to provide middle school travel programs to Washington, D.C. and has grown to provide a wide range of programs for more than half a million students annually to over 100 countries around the world. WorldStrides offers experiential learning programs in educational travel, performing arts, language immersion, career exploration, service-learning, study abroad, and sports. Each of these experiences helps students to see beyond the classroom and to see the world – and themselves – in new ways.
Job Description:
We’re looking for an articulate and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Representative for student travel programs. This is not your typical sales role — experience in sales isn’t required, but a genuine curiosity, strong communication skills, and emotional intelligence are essential. In this fast-paced and dynamic environment, you’ll connect with schools, teachers, and organizations to share travel experiences that can transform students’ lives.
The role calls for someone adaptable and open-minded, able to stay composed under pressure and find creative solutions when plans change. You’ll collaborate closely with a team that values communication, trust, and shared success over competition, contributing to an environment where everyone grows together. If you’re someone who learns quickly, enjoys engaging conversations, and thrives in situations that challenge you to think critically and empathically, this role offers the chance to build meaningful connections while helping others experience opportunities of a lifetime.
